Ellington Condominiums

In this 12 story, two tower condominium, I revitalized their club room and improved the hallway lighting on all floors. The project came in under budget.

I also worked on several different private condos, and this dining room photo (last photo, below) shows the solution to a difficult problem.

IThe problem of an off-center power source was solved by using three individual square glass fixtures, wired together and staggered to mimic the diagonal entry.

These fill the dining room with light, and match the clean, contemporary look of the condo.
