Nicholson Residence

This project was a new construction home on a small lot. The project had a very tight budget for lighting, which we exceeded only slightly.

There were some unique problems in this house; unusual angles and a round central double sink were set in the middle of the master bath. To light the double-sided mirror correctly, I dropped pendants on either side of both mirrors.

The Nicholson interior was one of photographer Sam Van Fleet's project of the month.
